If you want to be one of the men who DO actually succeed in maximizing their chances of attracting these beautiful women who are on these sites, who are actually seeking men! For the last 4 months, I went undercover on all the major dating websites in order to share with you, ALL the information you need in order to obtain incredibly powerful results from online dating.
Since 2006, I have helped over 300 men of all ages and from all different backgrounds increase their current level of success in online dating so theres nothing `i don't know about in relation to what is needed to attract women online and what turns them off too!
I know you yourself have suffered these and your bit in your book is amazing, but without being nosy could you elaborate a little more on what you suffered. It is the memory of having these thoughts and the fear of them and trying not to think them that is keeping me thinking them!
Firstly anxiety is excess adrenalin, add this to bad nerves and this is why we feel anxious.
I will NOT tell you that women will begging you for sex as a result of my advice. Also the person who has suffered longer may have more memory of suffering and they may have fallen into a life where they have forgotten what it was like to feel normal, where the person who has suffered a few months, still has these feelings of normality close to them.As people know I suffered for ten years, so I had certainly built up a lot of habits and memory of suffering was pretty strong, I had just got used to not feeling normal and it actually began to feel normal in my world, I had known nothing else for so long. This takes me on to reversing habits, I certainly had developed many avoidence and safety behaviours and I had to go against my instincts and change these habits, not run away when I felt overwhelmed, not shy away from meeting new people, not putting off going places and let anxiety rule what I did and did not do.It was hard and I did just want to hide away at times, but I knew this new attitude had to become me and in time it did, the habit of avoidence started to reverse and it became second nature to not let anxiety stop me living my life, it still felt unreal, odd and overwhelming at times, but that was fine as I did not expect instant salvation.
